Collection personal information and use
We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information to provide Services and measure and improve them.
Registration Information: When you create an account, you provide personal information, such as your email address, your name and your user name. We may user this information to connect you to friends you know. We collect information that you provide to us when using the Services on our website, or that is generated in the course of the use of those Services (including the timing, frequency and pattern of service use). We also collect information relating to any purchases you make of our goods and/or services or any other transactions that you enter into through our website (including your name, address, telephone number, email address and card details).
Account Settings: With registration, you will be automatically subscribed to our email notifications and/or newsletters. You can always unsubscribe using the instructions in the email. We may provide third parties with statistical information about our users (but those third parties will not be able to identify any individual user from that information).
Sharing: If you connect your Brew Venture account to your account on another service in order to cross-post between EnoFIle and that service, the other service may send us your registration or profile information on that service and other information that you authorize. This information enables cross-posting.
Photos, captions, tasting notes and scrapbook: Our Services are designed to help you share information with other users and your friends and family. Your public information is broadly and instantly disseminated to those you know and may be shared with those connected to those you know. For instance, your public user profile information may be searchable by search engines. Personal information that you share through our Services may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use or misuse of such information by others.
Location Information: You may choose to add your location when you share. We store information about your location to provide Services, such as mapping the regions of the wine you make or providing winemaking supplies near you. We use the Google Maps API(s) which are subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
Cookies: Our website uses cookies to collect usage data and improve our Services. A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. Brew Ventures may use either "persistent" cookies or "session" cookies to understand how you interact with our Services. Cookies do not typically contain any information that personally identifies a user, but personal information that we store about you may be linked to the information stored in and obtained from cookies. If we become aware a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove it and terminate the child's account.

If we make a material change to this policy we will notify you via an EnoFile update or email to the email address associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
